Below are some of the most anticipated questions and answers on our updated OS requirements needed to support the newest MyHyundai with Bluelink app versions.
What is the minimum OS requirement my device needs to access the newest versions of the MyHyundai with Bluelink app?
The MyHyundai app recently launched version 5.1.1 to support a new Apple and Google administered mandate. To ensure the app aligns with the new mandate, the minimum operating system (OS) for both iOS and Android supported by our app was increased.

What do I do if I have the app on my device but do not have the device OS requirements needed for the latest app version (5.1.1)?
If you have an Android 11.0, you may continue to use the app version 5.1.0 and still have access to important app features.
If you have an Android 10.0 or below, or an iOS 13.5 or below, you may continue to use the app version 5.0.5 and still have access to important app features.
What do I do if I have deleted the app from my device?
You may continue to use important app features through the MyHyundai owner portal.
To get the most out of your app and vehicle experience, as well as stay up-to-date on new MyHyundai with Bluelink app releases, we encourage you to upgrade your phone and download the newest app version from your device's App Store.
