With these charging benefits,  customers may choose between:

-          A complimentary* Level 2 home charger

-          An out-of-home charging credit to use on ChargePoint®’s network

*Customer pays for installation costs and any applicable taxes and/or fees

These charging benefits allow customers to choose the option that works best for them, whether that means the convenience of charging at home or access to 87,000+ public chargers across ChargePoint and its roaming partners (e.g., IONNA, EVGo, Shell, etc.).

What Does This Mean for IONIQ Owners?

If you purchased or leased your 2024 IONIQ 5, 2024 IONIQ 6, or 2025 IONIQ 6 before March 1, 2025:

-          You will enjoy two (2) years of complimentary unlimited charging with Electrify America, starting from the date of purchase

If you purchased or leased your 2025 IONIQ 5 N or 2025 IONIQ 5 before July 31, 2025:

-          You qualify for Hyundai EV charging benefits and may redeem it on the Hyundai Home Marketplace.

-          There, you may also explore other home energy solutions such as solar panels and home batteries.

If you purchased or leased a 2024 IONIQ 5, 2024 IONIQ 6, 2025 IONIQ 6, or 2026 IONIQ 9 between March 1, 2025 and July 31, 2025:

-          You qualify for Hyundai EV charging benefits and may redeem it on the Hyundai Home Marketplace.

How to Redeem Your Charging Benefits

1.       You may visit the Hyundai Home Marketplace to activate your benefits.

There, you will be able to choose one of the following:

o   Complimentary Level 2 home charger

OR

o   A $450 (2025 IONIQ 5 N) or $400 (2025 IONIQ 5, 2024 IONIQ 5, 2025 IONIQ 6, 2024 IONIQ 6, 2026 IONIQ 9) out-of-home charging credit through ChargePoint

2.       You must make a selection within the below timeframes:

• 2025 IONIQ 5 N: within 90 days of purchase/lease date.

2.       Click on “Find Offer” at the bottom left corner

3.       Create a Profile and Unlock your Exclusive Offer by following the prompts and entering your information

Note:

-          You must make your selection within the following time frames based on your eligible vehicle model:

o   2025 IONIQ 5 N purchased/leased on or before July 31, 2025:

• Must redeem (choose an option) within 90 days of purchase/lease date
• Hardwired installation is required and must be completed within180 days of purchase/lease date.
• Customer is responsible for paying all installation costs and any applicable taxes and/or fees.

o   2025 IONIQ 5 purchased/leased on or before July 31, 2025:

• Must redeem (choose an option) within 60 days of purchase/lease date
• Hardwired installation is required and must be completed within 120 days of purchase/lease date.
• Customer is responsible for paying all installation costs and any applicable taxes and/or fees.

o   2024 IONIQ 5, 2025 IONIQ 6, 2024 IONIQ 6, and 2026 IONIQ 9 purchased/leased between March 1, 2025 and July 31, 2025:

• Must redeem (choose an option) within 60 days of purchase/lease date

Out-Home-Charging Credit Redemption Process:

1.       Approximately 1-2 days after purchase or lease of an eligible vehicle, customer should go to https://HyundaiHomeMarketplace.com

2.       Click on “Find Offer” at the bottom left corner

3.       Create a Profile and Unlock your Exclusive Offer by following the prompts and entering your information.

4.       Separately, you will also need to create or log into a ChargePoint account on ChargePoint’s website or app.

5.       The out-of-home charging credit will be available to use in your ChargePoint account.
