In mid-April, we will be releasing a significant update that includes 2-Factor Authentication to make the MyHyundai app even more secure.

What you need to do:

You will be automatically logged out of the app and prompted to update. Simply follow the instructions to download the latest version from the app store. You must accept the update to continue using the app.

If you accidentally delete the app before the update, download the latest version from the app store and it will include the update.

What happens if you don't update:

You will not be able to access the MyHyundai app. However, you can still manage your account through a web browser.

If you choose not to update or are unable to due to operating system (OS) requirements, you can continue to access your account through the MyHyundai website.

Minimum OSrequirements:

●     Apple: iOS 13.6

●     Android: 12
