Developing technological sophistication to enhance your ownership experience played a significant part of the 2020 Sonata’s design. Some features such as the electronic shift controls and multiple drive-mode selection are standard on all models. Others, such as the LCD gauge cluster or Bose Centerpoint audio system comprise part of model upgrades and /or option Packages.

  1. The Forward Collision Avoidance Assist with Pedestrian Detection (PED) is intended to be a supplement to safe driving practices. The system is not designed to detect certain stationary objects such as trees or poles, and may not detect all vehicles or pedestrians under certain conditions.
