The Hyundai Bluelink device in your vehicle requires a 2G cellular network to access Bluelink services. These cellular networks are maintained by wireless service providers outside the control of Hyundai and Hyundai Bluelink. The wireless service provider whose network enabled the use of your vehicle’s Hyundai Bluelink device discontinued their 2G cellular network services as of January 1, 2023. Because of the 2G cellular network discontinuation, we regret that affected vehicles can no longer access the Hyundai Bluelink subscription services.
